Virtual Sessions: Party Cheese
Tis the season to break out the party cheeses! December means we’re curating a celebratory class full of our favorite seasonal cheeses, ripe for a good time. Think luxurious triple creams, special reserve goudas, extra-aged cheddars, truffled pecorinos, and super buttery blues. As we embark on this happy tasting journey, we’ll also explore pairings like sparkling wine, dried fruits, seasonal fruit preserves, and chocolates. Get ready for some extra expert tips on displaying your cheeses and platter design as well. Just because your cheese plates might be smaller this year doesn’t mean they can’t be extra beautiful.

Zoom Class will be held on December 10th, 7-8pm EST. We’ll email you the Zoom link day-of. Then you tune, nibbling and asking questions as we go along.
